The staff is very caring. We met with the Dr who impressed me with the time and care he provided. Diane the Social Services manager went above and beyond a number of times helping us – she even stayed late and came in on her day off to help us! She had trouble contacting one of my Dads Drs and actually drove to the clinic to get the information we needed. She also made arrangements so my Dad can receive home care upon discharge. She gave us outstanding assistance!! Centennial provided transport to a number of Dr appointments which was a Godsend as my Dad has significant mobility issues. My Dad was there for physical therapy but the Dr at Centennial also did an attentive good job managing my Dads various medical issues. The staff there really works hard. Also the front desk staff were so helpful and worked hard in coordinating all the transport for my Dad and the van driver was wonderful also!

The nurses get a 5 star rating but the management gets a 1. The nurses were awesome, but the management and their rules dealing with Hospice patients with Covid was horrid. Think twice if you are on Hospice and your using them for Respite Care. Find out their policy if your loved one gets Covid while they are there.
